Who we are

ESolutions Technology ("we", "us") is a hospitality technology company based in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. We operate the AI Concierge platform, which provides AI voice and chat agents to hotels and hospitality businesses. For anything in this policy, contact info@e-soltech.com.

What we collect on this website

• Contact form submissions — name, email, phone number, property name, and your message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the site working.

We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Guest data on the AI Concierge platform

When hotels deploy our agents, guest conversations (chat, WhatsApp, and voice) are processed to answer the enquiry, route requests to hotel staff, and produce service reports for the property. On the platform:

• Conversation data belongs to the client property and is processed on their behalf.
• Data is stored on commercial cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest.
• Guest data is never sold and never used to train shared or third-party AI models.
• Regional data-residency arrangements can be scoped for clients with strict requirements.

Retention

Website enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation. Platform conversation data is retained per the client agreement and deleted or exported on request at contract end.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing info@e-soltech.com. If your query concerns a conversation you had with a hotel's agent, we may direct the request to that hotel as the data controller.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and revise the date above.
