It answers, routes and learns. You stay in control.

Integrates with your existing phone system

Connects to the phone system you already use. When guests call, the agent finds out what they need and transfers them.

Multi channel.

The same agent, providing consistent answers on phone, your website and WhatsApp.

Self service portal.

A built-in portal gives your team a suite of tools to test your agent, edit the knowledge base, set department routing and an emergency off switch.

After hours leads captured.

A guest calling at 11pm gets their questions answered, then the agent collects their name, number and booking details. In the morning, your reservations team arrives to a list of leads ready to finalize their booking.

AI that learns and improves over time.

Each week the agent reads its conversations and emails management a summary: what worked, what failed, what guests kept asking. The summary includes a list of suggested updates for management to review and approve.

Two ways to start. You choose.

Answers everything.

Every call to your line is picked up by the agent. It handles routine enquiries itself and transfers to the right department when a person is needed.

{{ cust.c0 }} / daycalls answered on the main line
“
We started with the AI Concierge only picking up calls our team missed. After a few weeks we trusted it enough to put it on our main line. It now answers around 55 calls a day in Arabic and English and handles more than half of them without anyone on our team getting involved. When a guest needs a person, it puts them through to reservations or reception. Our front desk spends its time on the guests in front of them.

Guests still call the same number they always have, because the system works with our existing phones. In its first 19 days it took 247 calls. It answered most questions itself and emailed every booking enquiry and guest request straight to our front office, including room service orders late at night.

Within a week of going live on our website, the assistant was having almost 50 conversations a day with visitors. It now handles close to 1,000 a month. When prices or opening times change, we update it ourselves in a few minutes. It also flags when visitors mention something it doesn’t know, such as a ticket we’d added, so its answers stay right.

the agent
Yes, if your PBX speaks SIP, and most do. Your telecoms provider builds a trunk from your PBX to our gateway and the AI becomes an extension on the system you already own. Live on Grandstream UCM at two Bahrain hotels; Alcatel, Cisco, Yealink and 3CX scoped on request. Natively, on voice and chat, with the caller choosing the language at the top of the call. Seven in ten voice conversations at our Bahrain hotels are in Arabic, and the agent handles about two thirds of those end to end in Gulf Arabic. Always. On voice it transfers the call to the department the caller asks for, announced, in 37 seconds on average. On chat it emails a structured message to the right inbox. If the service is ever down, calls fall back to a real number. Not live rates for specific dates yet. Today it answers everything else about the room, captures the enquiry with name and number, and emails reservations to call back. Live rate lookup through the PMS is the next step on our roadmap. The same agent and knowledge base answer on WhatsApp Business, on your own number, so the account and the message history stay yours.
keeping it accurate
Your team, from the client portal, in plain words: "checkout is now 11:00". Every Monday the agent also reads its own conversations and suggests updates for one-tap approval. Nothing changes until you approve it. Your staff run a scripted test suite in the portal, in English and Arabic: what to say, what the agent should reply, pass or fail. We fix what fails and mark it ready to retest. You sign off because you proved it yourselves.
