Every unanswered ring is a booking walking to an OTA.

The phone is still a hotel's highest-converting channel — and no front desk can answer every call at peak, after hours, in two languages.

Cornell Hospitality Report (Anderson, 2012)

The fix isn't more staff. It's a layer that answers every call and chat, in both languages — and hands your team only the conversations that need a human.

One AI layer for every guest interaction — voice, chat, web, WhatsApp.

One agent that knows your property, your departments, and your tone — in English and Arabic from day one.

01

Voice agent

First-line answering, after-hours overflow, or per-department numbers — on your existing PBX. Proven on Grandstream UCM.

02

Chat across channels

Branded web chat, WhatsApp Business, and in-room QR. One knowledge base, one conversation history.

03

Lead capture

Name, contact, and intent captured before the guest hangs up — routed to the right department by email. Especially valuable after-hours.

04

Self-learning report

Every two weeks the agent emails management what worked, what failed, and what to update. It improves itself, in writing.

voice + chat

Voice built into the hotel's own PBX.

Chat handles daily guest requests; the bilingual voice agent is built into the property's Grandstream UCM — engineered with the hotel's telco, from trunk to call flow.

Visitor answers before they reach the gate.

Live chatbot answering ticket pricing, hours, and visitor questions — the marketing team maintains the knowledge base themselves. Proof it works beyond hotels.

Live Chat live · voice agent in rollout

We don't ship a product. We build, train, and launch the agent with you.

Every hotel has its own departments, scripts, and quirks. The agent ships configured, not generic.

01 — discovery

Map your guest flows

We walk through every incoming interaction — reservations, F&B, housekeeping, complaints — and how your team handles each today. Nothing is assumed.

02 — build

Configure the agent

Your branding, your scripts, your departments, your PBX. Knowledge base seeded from your FAQs, menus, and policies. Bilingual from day one.

03 — pilot

Test with real scenarios

Your team runs real calls and chats against the agent before go-live. Edge cases fixed, escalations verified.

04 — live

Chat live in ~2 weeks

Chat goes live in about two weeks; voice follows in three to four. Every two weeks, the agent reports what it learned.

What do missed enquiries cost your property?

Put your own numbers in — the model is deliberately conservative, counting only after-hours enquiries.

$0 Direct booking revenue recovered / year
$0 OTA commission kept / year
Months to pay back year-one cost
$0 Total annual value recovered

Assumptions, in the open: 12% of after-hours enquiries become bookings · 2.4-night average stay · 18% OTA commission avoided · year-one cost of $1,499 setup + $499/month. Recalibrated against live client data as it lands.

About the agents

What are AI voice and chat agents?
Software that holds real conversations with guests by phone, web chat, or WhatsApp — answering routine enquiries, capturing leads, and escalating to your team when a human is needed.
How realistic do they sound?
Conversational and natural — guests rarely realise they're not speaking with a person. Tone, pace, and language are tuned to your property during build.
Can the same agent handle voice and chat?
Yes. One knowledge base, one set of rules, one report — update once, applies everywhere.
Can it transfer to a real staff member?
Always. Escalation paths are defined during build — on voice the agent transfers the call; on chat it routes a structured email to the right inbox.
Who keeps the agent's information accurate?
You do. Staff describe a change in plain language in the portal, review the edit, and publish — live on chat and voice together, with version history and rollback. We walk your team through it during onboarding.

Pricing & ownership

How much does it cost?
Bahrain: BD 549 setup + BD 179/month. International: $1,499 setup + $499/month. Everything included — no per-room or per-conversation fees.
What's included in monthly?
Hosting, monitoring, updates, support, and the fortnightly report. Voice minutes carry a fair-use allowance, detailed in your agreement.
What's the contract term?
Quarterly billing on a rolling basis. No long lock-in. If we're not earning the fee, you walk.
What's the ROI compared to hiring?
A front-desk salary buys one shift, one person, one channel — and costs more than our monthly fee. The agent covers every shift and channel at once.

Integration & technical

Does it work with our existing phone system?
If your PBX speaks SIP — and most do — yes. Deployed on Grandstream UCM; Alcatel, Cisco, Yealink, and 3CX scoped on request. No rip and replace.
Does it work with WhatsApp Business?
Yes — with embedded sign-up so your property owns the WhatsApp account: your number, your green tick, your message history.
Does it post to Opera Cloud or other PMSes?
On the roadmap — rate and availability lookup, courtesy calls, checkout reminders, guest-profile updates. If PMS connectivity is mission-critical, ask us about timing.
Can it send emails or SMS to staff?
Yes. Routing is email by default; urgent scenarios trigger SMS — an emergency complaint pings the duty manager.

Implementation

How long does it take to go live?
Chat: about two weeks. Voice: three to four, depending on PBX access. Both can run in parallel.
What do you need from us to get started?
Your FAQs, menus, policies, and rate sheets; department contacts for escalation; PBX details if you want voice. We do the rest.

Compliance, languages & data

Where is data stored?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, with regional residency available on request. Guest data is never sold or used to train third-party models.
Do you support languages beyond English and Arabic?
English and Arabic by default. French, Hindi, Tagalog, Urdu, Russian, and Mandarin on request.
Are guests told they're talking to AI?
Configurable. We default to a light acknowledgement at the start of calls and on the widget, tightened where regulation requires.

Support & scaling

Can it handle high call volumes?
No concurrency cap — every call is answered simultaneously. No queues, no busy tones, no voicemail.
Can it run across multiple properties?
Yes. Multi-tenant by design — each property gets its own branded setup, routing, and report, under a single group account.
What kinds of hotels do you work with?
Independent 4–5★ properties in the Gulf are our core, but anything with a phone line and a few departments is in scope — groups, serviced apartments, and leisure venues included.
